I was referred to Benjamin Katz by the Bar association. I came to Mr. Katz with a mountain of problems as I tried to settle my fathers estate. After our first conversation, what impressed me the most was how well he was able to communicate. He was very professional, understanding and reassuring. Mr. Benjamin Katz is a top-tier attorney that has a thorough understanding of the law. He works extremely hard and does extensive research to find the outcome of cases that are similar to what you need addressed and makes sure that all of his arguments are based on the law. He is extremely professional, communicates well so that you understand and are not overwhelmed with legal jargon and returns calls in a timely manner. His fees are very, very reasonable for the excellent services that he provides. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal services.
